11th Annual Ceramics Invitational

Yael has been invited to Radius Gallery's 2026 Ceramics Invitational! Now in its eleventh iteration, it showcases the work of six stellar artists from across the country. This collection of brilliantly conceived, superbly crafted functional and sculptural artworks collectively demonstrates the power and potency of the medium.

American Craft Made Baltimore

Yael is participating in the American Craft Made Baltimore! "Now in its 49th year, it is the largest juried craft fair on the East Coast which brings together 400 artists, 10,000 attendees, and dozens of local partner organizations from across the East Coast for shopping, demonstrations, hands-on experiences, and connection through craft."

Philadelphia Museum of Art Contemporary Craft Show

Yael is participating in the the Philadelphia Museum of Art Contemporary Craft Show! "Now in its 49th year, it features unique, one-of-a-kind works by artists from across the United States. 195 exceptionally talented craft artists were selected to showcase and sell their work, chosen by a jury from a competitive pool of 634 total applicants. The 2025 show welcomed 40 debut artists who had never participated in the event before."

Cheonju Craft Biennale - Honorable Mention

Yael's work was selected and awarded an Honorable Mention in the 2025 Cheongju Craft Biennale in South Korea.

Since 1999, it has hosted the world’s first specialized biennial for crafts and is the only ‘World Crafts City’ in South Korea designated by the World Crafts Council (WCC).

Over its 27-year history, the Cheongju Craft Biennale has established itself as the hallmark of craft on the largest scale and with international significance. It has also been recognized as one of the Local 100, South Korea’s Top Cultural Attractions. Each edition welcomes an average of over 300,000 visitors from around 60 countries, who come together to celebrate the festival and the value of craft.

Museum of Contemporary Ceramic Art: solo exhibition

Yael presents her second solo exhibition–Wild at Heart–at the Museum of Contemporary Ceramic Art in Shigaraki, Japan. A body of work centered on wood-fired ceramics and hand-harvested wild clays. Her organic forms and graphic patterns are enriched by the yakishime technique, brought to life through the distinctive qualities of Shigaraki clay

 13th Triennale Ceramic International Competition – Mino, Japan

Yael's work was finalist in the Ceramics Design category and was awarded an Honorable Mention. Juried by Ishizaki Yasuyuki, Yoshida Ryutaro, Yamada Setsuko, Patrick Reymond, Yokoyama Ikko. Ceramics Park MINO, Japan

Out of 3,890 entries from 77 countries, Yael's piece was one of the 200 selected by 10 judges to participate in the 13th Triennale Ceramic International Competition – Mino, Japan, a world-wide and internationally recognized Triennial established in 1986 and one of the biggest competitions in the world.
